I know it's crazy BUT

I really think if I get Stacey Dash's nose, the world will love me.
Why do we love Stacey so much?  I don't understand either. Meanwhile she's gorgeous the end!

2010 started...

And then I went to church!
I missed church on New Years Eve, I was really really sad about this. Today I went to 6 p.m. service at a church I've never been to. ALONE. I had to my heart told me I had to. The message was amazing. Let me share...
She said there was a women she knew who loved getting her hair done and the lady got her hair done every week. Her financial situation changed so now she can only get her hair done every other week or once month. Then she said "Women in chemo don't have hair".
We always look at what we have and compare it to something greater. I hate my car but at least I'm not walking. We all need to learn to be more thankful for what we do have. The Secret says "how can you get anything you want if you aren't grateful for what you have?"
Then she went on to say that we don't see God because we focus on our own things so much. We place want in front of need and think that because we don't have all the material things we desire somehow God is failing us. When most of us have everything we need.
The title was "Can you see God now"
And I see God. I have a house, a car, a job, great family, great friends, I'm healthy & I'm becoming better daily... 2010!!

"The Fashion"

The 18 year old ALWAYS tells me about "the fashion", I hate the fashion. Ask that hoe about fashion she can't name a couture designer outside the "rap brands" : LV, Prada D&G. Ask this hoe who Jean Paul Gaultier, Givenchy, Valentino or Thierry Mugler and the hoe draws a blank. I hate nigga fashion. On New Years Eve, I'm driving down Canal St (the main st in New Orleans) & EVERY girl has on black skinny jeans, leggings or liquid leggings, knee high boots, these tacky ass "Nicki bangs", and a black leather jacket... THAT'S NOT FASHION!

In 2005 or 2006 every black girl had plastic red jewelry, with patent red pumps, and a patent red belt with a white tunic and some blue jeans... All black girls dress the same all the time.

A few months ago everyone was wearing spagetti strap tanks with patterned skirts that ballooned at the bottom... Yeah I noticed...

Having a style means being ORIGINAL. If you have on what every1 else has on how does that make you unique. I used think I didn't get hit on in clubs because I wasn't wearing "the fashion" and I really believe it because most men see "the fashion" and know you're the type of girl whose dying to fit in... e.g. you'll do anything for attention.

So please ladies by all means continue to dress like Nicki, Rihanna or who ever else is "hype" at the moment... You're really showing the world you're character.

• Missed church 7 times... That's too much '10 is gonna be so different

• 245 minor arguments LOL (it's just a guess)
• 5 play dates with my siblings (more in '10 trust me)
• 150 days spent think about what I could be doing
• 365 days wishing I wasn't in New Orleans
• A few very important life lessons
• 6 the # of time I did the sexy (yes once every 2 months its a damn shame oh well good on the Jesus side bad on the world side)
• 1,000,000 the number of times I was really happy I wasn't being bad

2009 was a good girl year for me & well..yeah that's good
